I am a full time agent and work for my clients 7 days a week, this is not a part time or 2nd job for me. I grew up in the Wachusett region and I'm a local area expert. Having local knowledge is extremely important in the home sale process. 

This business is about experience, not years in the business. I sell approximately 30 homes per year when the average agent sells approximately 8. My average days on market was 24 days. My average list price to sale price was 99.78%. 

I have been awarded a Central Mass Top Producer award from the Central Mass Board of Realtors for the past 5 years. 

In 2016, I received my Real Estate Broker's License, which goes beyond my salesperson license. This required 40 hours of continuing education on top of the regular salesperson training and passing the broker exam in addition to the salesperson exam. 

In 2020, I was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine. I have also received my Home Staging Certification which has been very helpful in guiding my clients on how to stage their existing furniture in a way that helps sell their home faster. 

I also earned my Real Estate Negotiation Specialist Certification. During the negotiation process, some agents get stressed, but this is where I get excited. I have the techniques and expertise to negotiate through many types of offers and home inspections. My expertise and experience will help you get the most money possible for your home as well as get you through the process to closing. 

I start working on your property immediately and am prepared for every conversation, meeting, phone call, email or showing. I memorize the stats of your house so I can talk about it whenever needed. I am extremely organized and have a checklist for each stage of the transaction so no detail will get missed. 

I work with a talented team of professionals including my photographer, staging company when needed, home inspectors, appraisers, attorneys, lenders, contractors, and an experienced marketing team to help promote your listing with paid social media campaigns and traditional newspaper and postcard advertising. 

I am an expert in the local community. I have lived in Sterling since 2000, my kids have been a part of the school system locally. I have the experience needed to analyze the market for which days to do open houses and what to look for in and offer besides price.
