In 2016, I received my Real Estate Broker's License, which goes beyond my salesperson license. This required 40 hours of continuing education on top of the regular salesperson training and passing the broker exam in addition to the salesperson exam.
In 2020, I was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine. I have also received my Home Staging Certification which has been very helpful in guiding my clients on how to stage their existing furniture in a way that helps sell their home faster.
I also earned my Real Estate Negotiation Specialist Certification. During the negotiation process, some agents get stressed, but this is where I get excited.
